# Which unified workspace platforms have the most seamless single sign-on for enterprise teams that need one login across all their tools, based on user reviews?

BlackBerry UEM: The platform provides granular access controls, file-level encryption, device-level authentication, and centralized IT policy enforcement across all connected devices and applications — the full enterprise SSO and identity management stack that security-conscious organizations require.

Slack: Fast integrations with Okta, Jira, and Claude are specifically named as having become essential for routine enterprise workflows. The Okta integration provides enterprise SSO that keeps authentication centralized without requiring separate Slack credentials, and the recently released native MCP server with permission-aware protocol reduces the integration overhead for IT teams managing multiple AI and third-party tool connections. The real-time secret-scanning feature flags API keys or credentials accidentally shared in channels before they create security incidents.

MangoApps: Includes OneLogin integration for SSO as a named integration in its feature set, and HITRUST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II certification provide the compliance credentials that enterprise procurement requires before an SSO-connected platform is approved.

Confluence: The enterprise tier provides SSO through SAML 2.0 and integrates with major identity providers, including Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace identity. The Atlassian Access layer provides centralized user provisioning and de-provisioning across Confluence, Jira, and other Atlassian tools, which reduces the IT overhead of managing credentials across a multi-tool Atlassian environment.

ClickUp: ClickUp's Enterprise plan provides SSO through SAML and integration with Okta, Azure AD, and other identity providers, along with advanced permissions and user management features that give IT centralized control over access. The single platform model means SSO configured for ClickUp covers tasks, documents, goals, and chat simultaneously rather than requiring separate SSO configuration for each function.

For enterprise IT teams that have implemented SSO across a unified workspace, what was the most complex integration step? Was it the identity provider configuration, the application provisioning and de-provisioning workflow, or managing access levels for different user roles within the workspace?

Provisioning and deprovisioning workflow was more complex than the initial identity provider configuration for us. Getting the right access levels for different roles took a few iterations to get right.
